Executive Chef Matthew Accarrino of SPQR and Mattina has contributed to this exclusive selection, including:

ACCA Caviar: Chef Accarrino’s hands-on involvement in sourcing and producing the sturgeon caviar, previously exclusive to San Francisco, is now available in collaboration with California Caviar Company.
Pt. Reyes Pimento Cheese Spread: A luxurious blend of Toma & White Cheddar with a hint of spiciness, handcrafted in The Fork kitchen.
Local Artisanal Bread.
Haribo Peaches: Sweet and velvety, these peach treats provide a delightful follow-up to the caviar.
Bellavista Franc Brut Rose 2017: This mouthwatering Rose features ripe white peach, rose hips, and toasted bread flavors with a dry, elegant finish.

With rates starting at $815 plus tax for two people, The Matt Accarrino Culinary Master Menu is a one-night package. A two-night minimum stay is required on Friday and Saturday nights as well as during select holiday periods. Subject to room and caviar availability.
