For the newest in our series of local culinary tastemaker itineraries, The Inn Above Tide has partnered with Deborah Keane, founder of California Caviar Company and owner of the newly-opened Sausalito gem, Bump Bar. The Inn Above Tide x Bump Bar package showcases the most pristine, locally-produced caviar while enjoying a stay on the waterfront at The Inn Above Tide. Guests booking the “Inn Above Tide x Bump Bar” package through The Inn Above Tide will be treated to one night’s stay in one of our luxury waterfront guestrooms, including an extensive continental breakfast service and complimentary overnight valet parking for one vehicle; a welcome amenity of a Mother of Pearl Palette and $100 Gift Certificate to purchase California Caviar Company caviar and accoutrements following your stay; and a custom-curated caviar experience at Bump Bar exclusive for The Inn Above Tide’s guests featuring a five-course meal and wine pairing, with a glass of Champagne upon arrival. While the menu is subject to seasonal change, sample dishes may include: Smoked Egg Custard with Citrus Yolk Jam, Tarragon, and Bacon Trout Roe; Nordic Blue Salmon with Fennel, Red Miso, and Dashi Salmon Roe; and Beignet with Beef Fat Toffee, and Queen’s Reserve Caviar.

Rates starting at $1,225 plus tax for two people, “Inn Above Tide x Bump Bar” is a one-night package. Valid only Thursday through Sunday nights, with dining hours of 4:00pm-9:00pm. A two-night minimum stay is required on Friday and Saturday nights as well as during select holiday periods. Subject to room and dining reservation availability.
